Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally via Australia Post. Standard, Express and International shipping options are available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply. Customers in the NT, SA and WA are automatically sent Express Post at no extra charge — because you shouldn't have to wait longer just because of where you live.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders quickly! Once your order is on its way, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Express Post is the fastest option if you need it in a hurry.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love every purchase. Here's how it works:
- Faulty or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or we've made a mistake, we'll sort it out with a full refund once the item is returned.
- Change of mind: We offer store credit for change of mind returns. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Are your products safe for babies and young children?
Absolutely. Every product we stock is carefully selected with child safety in mind. We only carry items that meet Australian safety standards and are appropriate for the stated age range.

What age range do your products cater to?
Our products are suitable for babies and children from birth through to 6 years old. Every product listing includes an age recommendation to help you choose the right fit.
Can I buy a gift card?
