Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every single thing you order from Love Always Baby Boutique. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we've sent you the wrong product, we'll make it right. Once the item is returned to us, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@lovealwaysbabyboutique.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer store credit for change of mind returns. To be eligible:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns
To start a return, email us at hello@lovealwaysbabyboutique.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions from there.

- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable postage method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
