Shipping Information
We ship all orders via Australia Post. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
Australian Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days, depending on location.
NT, SA & WA Customers
We know how frustrating slow delivery can be when you're further from the coast. That's why we automatically send all orders to the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia via Express Post at no extra charge. You get faster delivery without paying more — because that's just the right thing to do.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please allow additional time for customs processing, which is outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey on the Australia Post website.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If something arrives damaged or your parcel goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@lovealwaysbabyboutique.com.au. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
